Our hitting lessons incorporate technology to help identify areas of weakness. All sessions include blast motion bat data, exit velocity data, and ball distance data. Stay fresh during the season or develop during the offseason.
Our pitching lessons include a data driven bullpen with PitchLogic technology for pitch speed, spin, and movement numbers. A typical lesson will include J Bands, Plyos, Wrist Weights, 20 pitch bullpen, and drill work based of mechanics.
Our catching lessons target improvements within framing, blocking, throwdowns, and pitch calling.
